You can get books, movies, online courses and more from the Library 24/7 – Here’s how
You don’t have to be at a branch of the Monroe County Public Library to use the library. We have eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming movies and tv shows, online courses and more.
Upcoming Events
Today is National Alligator Day! American alligators (species Alligator mississippiensis) are Florida’s State Reptile and can live up to 50 years in the wild! This gator first appears in the fossil record at least 6 MILLION years ago. That’s a long time! To celebrate these living dinosaurs that make our state their home, we have a take-and-make art activity that you can pick up all day – or make it here!
All materials are provided. To see what crafts we’re making, click here.
