The Housing Authority of the City of Key West, Florida, currently owns and operates 581 affordable housing units. The properties have income requirements and are available to low to moderate-income families. Rents are based on income brackets and are below that of comparable market-rate rentals. Our affordable housing units are located in some of Key West's most desirable neighborhoods and range from apartments to townhouses to single-family homes.
